Every customer has different needs, which is why we tailor our support services to meet your individual needs. By working with our customers and providing a tailored support programme, we can then help you make the most of your licence.
We take a very proactive approach to support, which includes training, workshops and staff development events. We can also monitor staff usage across all departments within an institution to see how effectively needs are being met and to see where there may be gaps.
We want to understand each person and what they want on an individual basis. Our community development days, which we run regionally throughout the UK, offer an excellent opportunity to share ideas, resolve problems and discuss solutions with colleagues from other organisations as well as with FENC staff. They also act as a catalyst to ensure customer demand continues to influence the prioritisation, pace and thrust of our invigoration activities.
