Online Content Management System

As part of our service to you, we provide an individual online content management system that can be customised to your requirements. With this you can upload, store and manage your own resources, links, lesson plans etc and share these within your college. You can also link to this content via your VLE.  Access to your secure individual account is available from any internet location 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. A wide range of helpful tools are available at the click of a mouse button allowing you to search easily for content, add metadata, create lesson plans and administer your account.

Your online content management system with unlimited storage space will not only free up valuable space on your college server, it also allows us to support your efforts in embedding ILT into the curriculum. We offer you a tailored support programme which includes regular usage reports of your online account. We can also identify which curriculum areas are being most used, which users are most active, and how resources are being utilised. You can then use this data to help you make the most of your FENC licence, and to help you plan and structure staff development.
